Yesterday I did not hang myself because of a wildly successful crafternoon. This is a view of the salad Andrew made for us all: fennel, orange, pomegranate and radish on a bed of wasabi leaves. Did anyone else know you could eat wasabi leaves? Had anyone else even considered the existence of wasabi leaves? I swear he’s a one-man gastro-education.
